    THE VERDICT

    Staying fit can be hard to do. It’s even worse if you don’t have a plan. The 30 Day Fitness Challenges comes to your iOS and Android device so you can start getting healthy in about a month. Right after you sign-up, this workout app will bring you over 25 fitness challenges, like working out your abs and doing push-ups. The main menu allows you to select what kind of challenge you want as well as letting you view a 30-day calendar view. You can also upload what you’ve done.

    THE PROS

    The Fitness Challenge app presents a sleek, minimalist UI which lets you start working out right away thanks to how easy it is to use. The workouts are challenging for most users.

    THE CONS

    There’s no offline video access, and if you’re not on a Wi-Fi connection, the data used may hit your plan hard. The Extra+ workouts are costly, with free online videos doing the trick. For advanced users, workouts may not be very challenging.
