So you’ve made the step to try a vegetarian diet meal plan. Congratulations! Achieve your weight loss with our 7 DAY-VEGETARIAN MEAL PLAN. The app provides a healthy meal plan & shopping list. Most of the ingredients are common ones that you most likely have in your pantry or found in your nearest supermarket.

Most of the recipes have about 2 servings unless otherwise specified and we will provide 21 recipes with 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches, and 7 Dinners.

**You can adapt vegetarian veal plan to Vegan Meal Plan. ALL recipes can be “veganized”. If you see milk, butter, cheese, eggs, etc., just use vegan versions (almond/soy/rice milk, margarine, egg replacer, vegan mayo, etc.)
