    Ok i figured out why log wont load sometimes. If just one entree is missed in previous weeks work outs a new log will not load in a new one. I now give this a 5!

    I looked at what was up for week 5 (month 2). Same exact exercises as the first 4 weeks, so I looked ahead to week 12...same damned exercises! I'm not going to say the exercises are ineffective, but 13 weeks of the same exact movements gets monotonous and boring! What a disappointment.

    Only issue I've had is my log from the free app will not load onto the new app I just purchased

    I love the beginning exercise routine but don't like the repetitive workouts. Plus,I can't seem to get the progress report or past weights used to show up.
