Download books and read them from your smartphone
Aldiko Book Reader allows you to read books directly in your android smartphone.
The only things you need to do is to look for the book you want, buy it or download it (if it's free) and start reading it. Once you've chosen a book, the application gives you access to books from the same autor, "people also downloaded", reading list, categories, so you can continue reading books adapted to your tastes.
In settings, you can change the text size and the margins, the brightness, orientations and even download different fonts, change text alignment and line spacing.
Of course, many books aren't free and some of them aren't available, so more books could be added in the next update. Anyway, this paid application, created by Aldiko Limited is a great tool for those book lovers who want to save space and read in an easier way at home or in the train and subway. Give it a go.

Thank You for All the hard work - This app is Tremendous and the ONLY app that beats kindle. The Dictionary is wonderful as the word meanings come up right on the page without having to go to a different program (Thank You)
Sometimes it's great and sometimes it doesn't work properly . It's frustrating !
If we could expand pictures I'd give it 5 stars
I purchased the premium to be able to use highlight facilities. However the option completely disappeared! Only options available was 'copy, share, search'. I tried a couple more times then uninstalled. I also didn't like the fact that access to my media files and external SD card was needed....
I can no longer see the book covers when I use it on my galaxy tab.
Easy to use, quick and light, customizable, imports epubs easily.
I was reading a (text based) PDF using the free version. I selected some text and tried to take some notes and it said that the feature was available only on the premium version. So I bought that and now on THE SAME PDF it doesn't allow me neither to highlight text nor to take notes (the two buttons don't appear after selecting the text).
