The Constitution of South Africa is the supreme law of the country of South Africa. It provides the legal foundation for the existence of the republic, sets out the rights and duties of its citizens, and defines the structure of the government. The current constitution was drawn up by the Parliament elected in 1994.
Check out and search the entire South African Constitution.
Whether you are a layperson, law student, practicing lawyer or citizen constitution enthusiast, this is an invaluable reference since it contains the full text. You can search using any keyword and the app will show you all the relevant sections.
* To see all sections of the Constitution (index), do not enter any search term and touch the search button. This provides you with complete list of chapters in a TABLE OF CONTENTS.
