With the Plant Finder app you can search based on their Latin name or English name. You can also find plants according to their flower colour, time of flowering, height, or growing location. Furthermore, the Plant Finder app contains detailed information about each plant's optimal pruning period and method.

This version of the Plant Finder app offers a selection of over 7000 varieties. Each comes with information about all of it's main features, and many also have a photograph.

The Plant Finder app also offers the possibility to create a list of all the plants from your own garden. Furthermore, it is possible to create a wish-list based on the plants that you are still searching for to complete the garden of your dreams.

The Plant Finder database is composed by experienced professionals who have worked with these plants for years. Therefore, they know all of the plants' features, which has allowed them to create this very comprehensive database.

    When first installed this was entirely in Dutch! This was a blip and the developer resolved it with commendable alacrity. The app is great for planning gardens and seems very well done. Broad variety of criteria under which to search. Database seems to yield a decent amount of results. Many plants have colour pictures and the information given is all you should need to know( where it grows (soil

    Having used plant picker, which is good, but disappointing due to lack of photos of plants, I tried Lite and was impressed so bought the paid version. Pleased so far, good photos (although not of every version) and descriptions of 7000 plants as opposed to 500 on Lite version.
