    I have a marketing business and it's tough to remember last conversations, when to follow up, and even something as simple as client anniversaries. This crm helps me provide excellent customer service and keep track of clients and sales!

    Been trying and trying but contacts wont sync from phone contacts or google contacts. Most essiential and important part missing especially for a person with 4000+ contacts. Was excited but disapointed. No matter what I try theres nothing :(

    I know, you can't have everything but is it asking too much for Exchange integration? I don't think so. If this app integrated with my exchange email and would include Google Calendar instead of it's clunky calendar, I'd be willing to pay $ per month for the service. But for free, I'm enjoying it a bunch. I'll add a star for each of the two missing pieces as they are put in place. Come on gu

    Overall excellent. Sometimes after a call when you input info to a results log it doesn't actually save it. Sometimes the call report doesn't even show up - I'm talking about where the number is saved to a contact of course.

    This is probably the best CRM I've found yet. It has a ton of features and those features are actually useful. However, the user interface could use some work. There's to many ways to do the same thing. Having the option to make more simpler deals would be nice. Maybe even something like templates could be pretty useful. But the interface is aging.
