Bomgar is the worldwide leader in secure, appliance-based remote support solutions. This support client should be downloaded only at the direction of a Bomgar-powered support desk representative whom you have solicited for technical support on your Android device.
Upon installing the Bomgar support client, you will be prompted to enter a URL and a session key. Your support representative will give you both pieces of information. After entering this information, you will be connected to the technical support representative who will be able to chat with you and view your device’s system information as well as transfer files to and from your device. You are always in control and you can end the session at any time. For best results, you should try to find a Wi-Fi internet connection.

No screen sharing
Everything works except for screen sharing which is the most important part.

Worthless unless you are a carrier or a manufacture. You can not take over the device due to restrictions on the Google o/s. Looking at Rsupport.com

Installed quickly but I can't get to our site I get a java certificate error.
