If you are using Firewall on your computer,please add port in Firewall from following path.
Control Panel-> Windows Firewall-> Exceptions(Tab)-> Here use "Add Port" button,you will get "Add a port" dialog.
Add whatever name you want to give this port information in "Name" Text field and Add "8585" in "Port number" text box.
Please confirm that "TCP" option is selected.

App is good. Much better than handbase for Android. It's registered to a specific device, so forms are created for that resolution and in landscape OR portrait. They don't flip perfectly. Scrolling is from palm pilot era. App auto dials from phone fields,

Good app. But register IMEI and need constant internet to use. USD 800 for enterprise edition is way too much. Customer service is good on the beginning and then they start to ignore. Change this issues and we might consider again.
