Now available for Ceridian InView Workforce Management
With this application, Ceridian InView™ customers and their employees can access their Ceridian InView solutions from the palm of their hand, allowing them to spend less time in the back office and more time on core responsibilities.
This first release of the Ceridian InView Android application supports InView Workforce Management (IWFM) customers, allowing their managers and employees to use their scheduling and time and attendance from anywhere at any time using their Android mobile device.
Employees can log their work hours, request time off, update the status of assigned tasks and make schedule adjustments with a swipe of their finger.
Managers and supervisors can quickly gain visibility into employee task completion and attendance, and can even send text messages to late or “no-show” employees directly, allowing for more effective multi-location management. They can also review and approve or deny employee schedule requests on the go to ensure that shifts are always covered and employees are satisfied with response time.
With all of this functionality built into a secure mobile application designed specifically for the Android platform, managers and employees alike can limit time spent on tedious administrative tasks and focus on core responsibilities that contribute to the company’s success.
InView™ Android application is currently only available for Ceridian InView Workforce Management customers and their employees, and cannot be accessed without proper credentials. Using the Employee Timesheet, employees can edit existing timesheet records as well as submit new punches, meals and pay adjustments.
Added French and Spanish language support. To view the application in French or Spanish, both your device language settings and your InView culture settings must be set to the desired language.
In the Attendance feature, managers can now edit employee time records as well as submit new punches, meals and pay adjustments.
