Home Tab shows no content. The Cisco app closes abruptly at random times. Moreover, when I press the hardware menu button on the Samsung S2 it crashes right away on the Home Tab. The search capability works fine but looks clunky. Please make this app more reliable.

Just downloaded the app to view a Cisco ad in the newest Wired magazine, and the app wouldn't even open all the way.

First off, you have to download this specific app, which 99% of people won't do. Then, you have to tell it what it's looking at (t-shirt, newspaper ad, etc). Finally, nothing happens at all. Even the in-app icons are broken. Unbelievably bad user experience.
