ComEd’s FREE mobile app allows customers to report their outage and check the restoration status right from their smartphone. Customers can also receive notifications as their outage status is updated and view the ComEd outage map for more details regarding their outage, such as the estimated time of restoration, crew status and probable cause of the outage. In addition to the outage reporting functionality, customers can view their account summary and history, manage Budget Billing and automatic payments, report a meter reading, and find a payment location. Customers will also be able to make a one-time payment through the app. The app will make it easy to manage more than one account at a time; customers can access up to five residential accounts through the mobile app.

    I can't pay on this application. Everytime I go to pay it kicks me saying application had to close.

    Used to be able to schedule an e-check to pay bill then they pushed some update which broke it. I see Comed has been replying to people to email them about the issue. I've sent lots of crash logs to you. Perhaps we shouldn't email you and the problem should just get fixed. Or just undo the updates that you made to app that broke it. Do you even test your app beforehand?

    Used to work fine, suddenly it no longer lets me pay my bill online, I get unexpected error messages that crash the app
