I am using comm100 more than 2 years. Its a great chat client that I used. The desktop app is great! But I am having problem with android app for Galaxy Note3 (N900). The settings for sound and vibration are not working at all !!! Please fix this as soon as possible.
auto- rotate is not happening for comm100 in tab

Their should be some notification light when someone send you chat request or visit website.... also option to set ring tone etc.
The interface is quite cool. The features are easy to use and powerful enough to chat with my website visitors. A good business tool.
I like the fact that it can work silently in the background, and alert me when there is a new chat.
