    Doesn't work. When I catch a conversation I can't see my customers comments the only thing it's good for is to alert me to race back to my desk and try to catch it on my desktop

    I press the icon on my screen and it says "app not responding". Only time it opens is when I restart my phone, then it goes back to not responding.

    App works perfectly, however the option to move the conversation to desktop is no longer available, which is huge.

    The conversations don't even show up. I have to run to my computer to use the chat. This app is pointless.
