The Cornell HR Review (CHRR) strives to improve the practice of HR management by harnessing the collective knowledge of students, academics, and HR professionals. It is published periodically throughout the year and is available exclusively online.
CHRR is operated by graduate students at Cornell University as an independent publication. CHRR invites manuscript submissions from all, regardless of university affiliation and background. Its scope encompasses the broad HR field, which includes but is not limited to benefits, compensation, diversity and inclusion, labor relations, ethics, organizational design, staffing, training and development, mergers and acquisitions, and HR information systems.
