Fiverr® is a new concept of social network formatted as a bulletin board from where individuals can offer and hire 'gigs' at a cost of $5 per job performed.
Anyone one can sign up and start navigating through published 'gigs'. From SEO copywriting to design work, you can find services of all kind, including one that matches your search. Tap any gig to read the description and the conditions of the services as well as the gig extras offered. Of course, gig extras increase the final cost of the service. Fair enough.
In addition, and here comes the social component of Fiverr®, users can review gigs by commenting on them and giving a 5-star based rating. The seller's reputation is a significant factor to make the purchase decision. That's where the whole reliability of the app lies on.
Certainly any user can create a gig offering their own services in a few taps and gain reputation by performing it as expected.
Since the people is the keystone of this app, it should go deeper on its social features: follow people, recommend them to others, help them promote their gigs... are some of the features I'm missing.
Fiverr® is an excellent tool to help individuals who need each other get in touch.
