1) Download and install the GoToAssist app from Google Play on your Android device.
2) Log in with your GoToAssist credentials.
3) Once logged in, tap on device screen to create a support session when instructed to and have your user go to and enter the remote support ID for your support session or send them an invitation to connect via email. Your user accepts the connection and you can begin to provide remote support.

    This app does a very poor job of taking advantage of a mouse if you have one. Right-click does not function at all. It does not seem to track the mouse at all except at the moment of making a left-click. You can't even use scrollbars as it simply scrolls your view of the remote screen instead of registering that you want to scroll the scrollbar. Speaking of scrolling the screen, why is there

    This app has the potential to rock and I imagine at some point will very much facilitate our ability to service our clients. However there is a glaring problem that makes it a showstopper - the keyboard is essentially nonfunctional. When the keyboard is toggled on, I cannot change it to the numerical/special character mode. If this issue gets fixed it would easily rate 5 stars.
