    Please tell me how to send files to the customers computer. I can't see any option like that as we see in the computer.

    One annoyance is many third party keyboards on android don't work in this app. Frustrating when one program determines my keyboard choice. Screen blanking from mobile to a pc would be nice as well.

    It had issues when trying to type in the session using SwiftKey, it shows black instead of what you are suppose to see. Chatting works good though.

    Great support app but only let down a bit by lack of mouse cursor control. If this is added it would be easily a 5 star app!!
