On apple ios when a voucher expired and being used, the app will tell you expired and redeemed. But on my android(HTC one Max), it only said expired. It woouldnt state its being used or not. Very important. Please fix.

This app does not update to reflect actual units sold & Groupons redeemed. Instead, you have to go to the website to see how many were sold and confirm that redemptions went through. This method is not sustainable. This app is a great idea in theory but as far as I can tell IT DOESN'T WORK. The Support Team only wants to give me instructions on how to download & open the app which doesn't resolve

Slow to no response time with any and all issues. The app will not let me login and always states that my email or password is incorrect and to check the country of origin...ridiculous, i know my email address and i know the password exactly and certainly know what country I am in and still same issue with no help at all from support. I see others agree with me that your updates have made this a very difficult app to use and very displeasing to the majority. Maybe you should consider putting it back the way it was. I was going to also install Groupon but will not do that either if this one doesn't work why would the other one? I'm looking for good deals easy to find this app isn't it!

The new app is very difficult to use. not able to actually manage the deals from the app need to be at the desktop.

This new version is terrible. It's no longer works with my swipper, I have to manually key every transaction. I honestly think you guys did this on purpose to collect a higher percentage rate.

I was using the previous version without any issues, now that the app has changed, I can't seem to even get a credit card to charge without having to type it in manually! Not only that, but the app keeps freezing and locking up my brand new Galaxy Note 4! The old version was very user friendly as a credit card processor, you could easily set tax, tip, see your transactions etc. I haven't ran a Groupon campaign for several years now so I didn't need the merchant app at all on my phone. Now I have to navigate the merchant app to get to credit cards. I was reasonably happy with the old version as a competitive alternative to square.

The breadcrump version on the apple is much better. More layouts and customization. Adding tip also is much better on the apple where its separate from the total. Whereas in this version it only goes by percentage.
