Installed and uninstalled and installed again and still can't log in. I have a lot of vouchers to redeem and really needed this to work.

Sometimes it will not connect at crucial times. They will offer to pay me next month. Kind of embarrassing to bring it up at the next appointment. However I give customer service 10+ and 2 thumbs up. They speak fluent and clear English and very personable.

Use to work with the card reader, one of the most recent updates broke that feature. Now support is telling me that it's a compatibility issue with my device. Pretty sure this is a software problem your side guys. Don't blame the customer because you can't get with the Times...

App does not work on android. Can't even log in. Maybe groupon will get the hint if enough people tank their reviews that it is a problem with the software...NOT everyone's devices.

I can't login on any of my Android devices. Galaxy Tab 3, Galaxy S3, Nexus 5 Update: I had to reset my password to get mobile access, even though it worked from a computer.
