Card reader is not compatible with my EVO 4G lite. I have uninstalled/reinstalled/ordered new reader and it still does not work. I keep getting a "cannot initialize card reader" error. I can enter cards manually but it is SUCH A PAIN. I want to be able to

Crashes shortly after signing in on Galaxy S3 Verizon. Called support and followed their directions with no change to symptoms.
