KATO revolutionized the wire insert market with the introduction of Tangless(R) CoilThread(R) inserts, now KATO introduces the most powerful product search application for helical coil screw thread inserts and tools. With three search options (Style & Size, MS/MA Number or NAS/NA Number) the KATO App makes it extremely simple to locate product and technical information for any helical coil screw thread insert.

The KATO Apps contains the most comprehensive product database for helical coil screw thread inserts. The Results display:
- Part numbers and cross references for the inserts (military, aerospace and KATO)
- Suggested manual, electric and pneumatic tools
- Part numbers for STI taps, and STI gages
- Technical information such as drill sizes, drilling dimensions, tapping depths, and major/minor/pitch diameters after tapping.
