This app is mediocre at best. Extremely slow initial log in, laggy when updating conversations, a battery hog when signed in, and when you send IMs from inside to someone on Mobile Lync 2010 they frequently timeout or report "the person you sending to is

I do not believe this is an issue with the app. I had minimal issues with the Lync mobile client on a Verizon Droid RAZR. The last OS build has made this app virtually unusable. If you depend on this for any business communication needs, do not update

Connecting was not a problem for me. Works pretty similar to desktop version. Would like the conversation to be in sync on desktop and phone clients.
