    Galaxy S3 and Nexus 7...."check internet connection" Uninstalled on Nexus, tried to reinstall. Now it will not even install. Couldn't install on 3 devices, using wifi or 3g the first day. Very frustrating. Followed several steps to no avail. MHelpdesk Support was responsive (they always are), but ran out of suggestions Waited 4 hours, everything installed on every device with no problem. I have no

    Instantly had setup and fully function. A valuable asset to our company. If your not using mhelpdesk, then you are already behind your competition.

    Haven't used the new version in the field yet, but so far it looks like a definite improvement versus the previous version! Everything seems to work as it should, including the new features like time tracking. Signature capture is also much more fluid and responsive. It could still be tweaked... but at least now it's actually functional and signatures are more legible. I may give it a better

    I just started the trial. Desktop version is good. But the mobile version is utterly useless. Can't write up an estimate from a tablet or my Nexus. Both running Jellybean. What's the point in having such a limited app? Less frustrating if they just said they only had iPhone capabilities.

    Not sure why some reviewers had poor performance. Could be due to poor hardware. App packs a lot of functionality into a highly efficient GUI. Significant customization from supporting web app. Developers are very committed to creating the best service desk solution.
