OneSite™ Service Request Mobile helps you take customer service to a whole new level. Designed by RealPage, a leading provider of rental housing software, OneSite Service Request Mobile enables your maintenance staff to view new service requests instantly. With the app, technicians can view service request details, enter their time worked, and even complete service requests without all those trips back to the office.

With the OneSite Service Request Mobile Application you will be able to:

• View any service requests
• Update service request status
• View service request details
• Add comments to a service request
• View service request for multiple properties
• Create new service request for Units or Common areas
• Reassign service requests to different technicians
• Capture time worked for a service request

Version 3.1:
We no longer have to be a tech to log into the app, though if you’re not a technician, the timer will be disabled.
You can now consume inventory if that center is on.
There’s a new switch to limit your search to only SRs, only MRs or both.

Version 3.1.1:
1. Added version number.
2. Added ability to save completions notes without selecting service actions.
3. Added sorting by priority, status, complete by date, scheduled date, request date, on hold until date, completed date.
4. Added highlighting based on priority and deadline.
5. Disallow saving time work, adding parts/inventory item when work order is not in progress status. Added short cut for setting work order to in progress.

3. Added log out information when username/password is changed in OneSite and it is cache in the app

    This app never works correctly... we have used it for over a year and it always needs bug fixes week after week just a big nuisance....

    I am able to view and update service requests and make readys, as well as create new service requests on the fly. Easy to manage multiple properties too.

    The only thing useful from this app is the ability to check for service requests. Everything else is too clunky and touchy. The GUI is poorly designed. Menus don't show and hide as they should. Pressing the back button to exit the app results in an error. There's no way to type in the time worked, but instead have to let a timer run. My biggest complaint is that there are no notifications. I want
