    The company tells you lower fees and no service charges. Wrong! Surpise here comes a $10.00 monthly fee. Then they dont want to correct the issue after being on hold for 45 minutes. Probably hoping I would go away. I am shutting this down and If this is how they treat customers I dont want them having any contact with my customers.

    Much better quality reader than square, compatible with many more devices, and my money is in my bank the next morning. What I love most is the ability to add items with prices and pictures as well as being able to track cash and card purchases all in one app. Also I love the ability to use the test drive feature so that I can familiarize myself with the different features without running live sal

    The iPhone app worked flawlessly on my old phone. The app for android is absolutely terrible and has crashed every time I've tried to run a card. Useless.

    Constant problems with getting receipts and confirmation numbers. Now I can't even access my account. Customer service is HORRIBLE. There are plenty of others out there. Avoid this one.

    I was excited to recieve notification of a update. But once i updated it looks exactly the same. It doesnt provide totals like the ios version. Its not very useful right now

    I am a hairdresser in LA and I have been with this company for about 2 years. Phoneswipe is excellent in service including, awnsering phone live 24 7. They are very honest. I like the confidence that when I charge my client that I know the money will be in my account in 2 or ,3 business days. Phoneswipe handled any of my enquiries very professional and timely.

    I have had numerous problems since signing on in March of 2013. It took them until July of 2013 to straighten things out. The system worked well until Nov 2014 when they updated the app. I have had problems ever since. .this is Feb 13 2014. VERY DISAPPOINTED

    I wish they totaled the transactions in the reports but besides that it is literally the only app that works with the galaxy s4 right now for some reason.

    Been with them for over 3 yrs. Made numerous transactions over $1,000. Then they decided to put a hold on my funds but also sent a email stating funds availible in 3 bus. days. Ended up with insufficiant funds fees and took a week to get my money in my account. States u can collect anytime anywhere and receive funds in one day. Is bogus

    I like some of the new features but the lag in syncing is awful. Takes minutes for this function to complete. Ive talked to mobile department and they dont know why it takes this long. Im running on Galaxy Note 2. Our truck phones are Droid 4 and they have syncing problems constantly. Ive switched them back to old Phoneswipe version. Please fix issue.

    This app was flawless before update. Now you have to have login, password, and pin everytime you use it! I will try Square, anything has to be better than this! I look like a fool trying to make it work in front of customers.
