Project Leadership Assessment

This leadership self-assessment tool is intended for project managers, as well as aspiring PMs. It takes the user through a series of questions, responses to which indicate strengths and weaknesses in terms of the following dimensions of leadership: Team-Building and Interpersonal; Planning and Risk; Communications; Decision-Making, Problem-Solving and Performance; Trust and Interdependence; and, Cultural and Environmental.

Benchmarking is also provided to help you compare your results to those of others, where there is sufficient data available.
