Smart AILIS-Xe is a mobile application that offers logistics services instantly at your smartphone. It allows you to view the status and track the location of your shipment. It also gives you the capability to check the inventory of your stocks, know the status and view the detail information of an order. It utilizes the barcode-reading capability of your mobile phone to provide an easier way of reading any printed barcoded number in the shipment.
There are nine (9) available menus in the application. Before you log in, you can immediately use these two (2):
Vessel Schedule (Export)
This menu provides the user a way to check the estimated departure date (ETD) and estimated date of arrival (ETA) of a vessel to its port of destination (POD).
Vessel Schedule (Import)
This menu allows the user to view the arrival information of a vessel based on the selected BL.
Upon login, user can explore seven (7) more menus depending on the assigned permission. These are:
This menu allows the user to view the status of the shipment, the shipment information and container list. It also shows the updates of each tracking events, such as POL Departure, Delivery to Customer, etc.
This screen gives the user the capability to view the inventory list of a specific warehouse (center). The user can also pick one product to check its inventory.
Order Tracking (DO)
The Order Tracking menu for DO provides the user a way to check the status of a Delivery Order. The customer’s information, delivery order information, and movement information can also be seen in this page. If the DO has a barcode number, the application can utilize the barcode-reading capability of the phone.
This is only applicable for those who are using the WMS system.
Order Tracking (TO)
The Order Tracking menu for TO provides the user a way to check the status of a Transportation Order. The customer’s information, order information, and tracking information can also be seen in this page. If the TO has a barcode number, the application can utilize the barcode-reading capability of the phone.
This is applicable only for those who are using the TMS application.
Customer Order Inquiry
This menu allows the user to search for all the orders on a specific date and sorted by customer. This can be used by a sales person or customer service support to quickly find the order information and delivery status.
Cargo Track DO
This menu allows the user to search for delivery orders (DO) by ETD range. The items are linked to the Order Tracking (DO) menu to view the details of the order.
For users that are assigned to more than one country, one warehouse (center) and one contact, they can change the selected country, warehouse and contact in this menu.
