An “On-The-Go” Field Service Management Solution

Any phone, anywhere: make field service management a breeze with our mobile solution. You will be able to work tickets more quickly and save time with the business process automation components. In addition, you can work even when your device doesn't have connectivity.

Tigerpaw Mobile Features:

· Process Driven: With your daily agenda in hand, you will be able to efficiently complete each job, including the ability to begin travel, end travel/begin work, update work and finish each task. Each process is streamlined and includes business process automation components to provide more efficient field service management.

· Multiple Platform Support: Tigerpaw Mobile supports multiple platforms including Apple, Android, Windows Mobile and Blackberry devices, so users can work with their preferred device to complete their work no matter where they are.

· Occasionally Connected: No connection? No problem. Stay connected even when your device isn’t - all your work will automatically sync when you have connectivity, avoiding interruption during field service management.

· Eliminates Double Entry of Tasks: Create time logs and expenses created for travel time, as well as update service tickets and tasks, simplifying the field service management process. Deal with daily paperwork onsite versus coming back to the office, saving you administrative time every day.

· GPS integration: Tapping an address for a service order brings up your phone's navigation, making it easy to get to the customer - on time.

· Increased Communication: Contact the customer directly from the account view on your mobile device.

· Camera Support: Take pictures and attach them to your Tigerpaw tickets.

· Signature Capture: Clients can use their fingers to sign your service orders - allowing you to avoid conflict and get paid more quickly.

· Dispatch Board Integration: Always know exactly where your technicians are - right from the dispatch board.

SLOW Slow slow. I would rather drive an extra hour a day to physically clock out than use this app for my phone. I have found a work around with BlueStacks and VMware running Android 4.4 KitKat on my PC. That's the only option I have, my poor fellow co-workers still use their phones and I weep for them.

I've used all iterations of TP mobile so far. I will agree 100% that v1 was rough. However, the devs at Tigerpaw seem committed to making it better with each release. This one runs stable and can quickly access the 10+ years of info we've amassed in Tigerpaw (on the LAN side). It is nice that our techs can access their schedules, check-in/check-out with their time, and see things like passwords an

Echo William Toms review. 1.0 was awful. Now you release 2.0 and the hope would be that things are 2x as good given a large increment on the revision. I'm 2x as disappointed, if that's even humanly possible. Prior review: It is likely the worst piece of software I have ever used in my life on Android and iOS. Like others have said, leave it to Tigerpaw to release a product not ready for prime t

2.0.0 update doesn't seem to fix any of the poor design and navigation. Time/Date entry +/- buttons scroll 2 at a time, Comment boxes on SO/Task still way too small to be useful (2 lines of text visible). Main menu still only displays 1-3 items at a time. Skip redoing the menus and other UI/UX things and just use the OS native design (Android/Holo, etc). SGS3, Nexus 7.

Running fine on Galaxy S3 and Note 8. Cool for 1.0 and really looking forward to future feature releases. Well done.
