I can't even log in to the app because it asks security questions that I never set up to begin with. The app is awkward and slow, worse than the mobile website. (which is saying a lot)

This is exactly the same thing as the mobile site, except the mobile site remembers my user name and doesn't tell me it is "unable to access" my stuff all the time. So just stick with the web version.

I'd like to see a real interface for the online banking, but that it's probably a shortcoming of the backend systems rather than the app.
