Neat application allows to take calls just as if in the office, over WiFi/3G, when our and about. Ability to move active calls between devices is very neat, and works seamlessly. When traveling saves a fortune and keeps me available (on WiFi).

Having tried to use cisco jabber effectively for the last 6 months, the accession client is a huge step up in terms of features and ease of setup. The audio and video quality has been excellent; even with a poor connection.
