AT&T Messages brings your texts, calls and voicemail messages together into a single inbox that’s easily accessible from your computer, tablet and phone. Voicemail messages appear as visual voicemail so you can select which one you want to listen to. Now, when you are using your computer and you receive a text or voicemail message, you can text a response right from your desktop. When you’re on the go, you can continue the same conversation using your Android LTE phone or Android tablet. Your messages are stored and synced across devices using your existing mobile number, so messages appear to come from your mobile number no matter which device you use.

Key Features:

• All your messages in one inbox - All your texts, calls and voice messages are together in one convenient inbox.

• Synced across all devices - View, listen, manage and respond to messages from your phone, tablet or computer. For example, start a text message conversation on your tablet and continue it on your phone, or manage messages online and text a response from your computer.

• Voicemail messages show up as visual voicemail in your inbox so you can select which one you want to listen to.

• Uses your existing mobile number - No matter what device you use, recipients will know it’s you.

• Messages are synced and backed-up.

• Conversations are organized by person - Communications are organized by person and sorted by when you receive them.
• Receive new message alerts on your computer - Get alerts on your computer desktop when you have new message in your inbox with AT&T Notifier.

Once you’ve provisioned AT&T Messages on your phone, you’ll receive a text message with a few easy steps to access the app on your computer. To access AT&T Messages on your Android tablet, first download the app to your phone and then download “AT&T Messages for tablet” from the Android Market.

This app is constantly freezing on me in the middle of texting and then will close my app down due to it not responding. I will try retyping the message a handful of times and it still stops responding. It happens with everyone I text. Now I gotta open up my other messenging app to send texts. Very annoying.

The "Enter contact name..." field in the text function is broken. It's supposed to filter for names from text you enter in the field. When you enter the first character it filters correctly for names with that letter. However, when you enter the second character, instead of filtering the names further, it clears your entry and clears the filter and forces you to start all over again. Bogus. I

Using a Samsung Note II - I have used this app for a long, long time. Went to AT&T store to adjust account and ended up with no voice mail and and app that will not even install! Spent 3 hrs back at store with rep on her phone to tech support. Tech support first asks why does she want to use the app? We have so many problems with it. Now I finally have voice mail but no notifications of messages
