Please support my hard work and GPL open-source software by buying the donation version of bVNC from Google Play. You can use this fully-featured version of bVNC for free for as long as you want with no strings attached.

If bVNC doesn't work for you, please report the problem through the “Send email" button in Google Play before writing a review. See below for setup instructions for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X.

If you need an RDP application, please search for bVNC's sister project aRDP in Google Play. In addition, a SPICE client named aSPICE is now part of the same project. Finally, if you are an oVirt, RHEV, or Proxmox user, you can check out Opaque VDI on Google Play as well.

I think this is about the best stab there is at the awkward business of using Linux X screens on a tablet device. It gives choices over the input handling and mouse emulation, lets you bring up and dismiss the keyboard as wished, scales and zooms, scrolls and middle clicks. Nice and snappy too. Haven't tried to access a Windoze machine with it.

Must zoom to initially fit to screen, then all looks well. Basic features like right-click, middle button click, two finger swipe scrolling in browser, Ctrl+click combination, single finger swipe to pan around desktop while zoomed in; all working! The "extra keys" overlay appear small and difficult to activate/deactivate. I don't see F1-F12 keys. Tab, ESC, shift, Ctrl, super, alt are the only ex

Excellent app! Does regular VNC and through SSH port forward; with key support. Fast, compatible, data efficient... Works and is usable on all my devices, though some device's idiosyncrasies may still affect your experience. If you're looking, give this one a try!
