Call Guard

Call Guard provides a cloud based platform enabling you to block nuisance calls from getting through to your phone. The app, downloadable from the Google Play Store, offers you a choice of flexible blocking options. Using the app in collaboration with our other customers, you can contribute to a database of nuisance call numbers for even more effective blocking.

Call Guard has 3 key features:
1) Listed Nuisance Callers: Bars listed nuisance callers from reaching you. Report "the last nuisance call received" and block numbers with a hidden caller ID or originating outside of Hong Kong at the touch of a button. Flexibility to personalise call blocking and maintain contact with identified nuisance callers.
2) My Blocked Callers: Rejects all calls from your list of specified numbers.
3) Block the Blocker: Bars all calls without caller display. Increasingly, nuisance calls have caller display, so you can't block them using this feature only. We recommend you use "Listed Nuisance Callers" as well, to avoid disturbance.

Additional features - "My Trusted Callers only" allows only private trusted numbers to reach you, while all other calls are forwarded to your voicemail. When you are out of town in a different time zone, this feature helps protect you from disturbances while allowing only really important callers to reach you. You’ll also save on unnecessary roaming charges too.

Call Guard is run by the mobile operator directly and is the most comprehensive and effective call management service around. All refused calls are blocked from ever connecting to your mobile. You won't find a better service out there.
