I have used this app for two or three years now and find that it almost always drops my calls, usually more than once during a call. Call quality is usually poor and often garbled. I usually have to call back two or three times to get an acceptable connection. Almost all of my calls are to guatemala so I'm not sure if the problem is with rebel or the Guatemalan phone system but 14.9 cents a min
