The company I work for uses this and I have tried to install it on my phone so that I can easily keep in touch with my team when I am out of the office. Every time I go to sign in, it goes to open a webpage - that will never load. It doesn't appear to matter if I am using wifi or data that webpage will never load. So I have never actually had the opportunity to use the app.
