Please support my hard work and GPL open-source software by buying the donation version of bVNC from Google Play. You can use this fully-featured version of bVNC for free for as long as you want with no strings attached.

If bVNC doesn't work for you, please report the problem through the “Send email" button in Google Play before writing a review. See below for setup instructions for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X.

If you need an RDP application, please search for bVNC's sister project aRDP in Google Play. In addition, a SPICE client named aSPICE is now part of the same project. Finally, if you are an oVirt, RHEV, or Proxmox user, you can check out Opaque VDI on Google Play as well.

Only this app and RemoteToGo were able to even connect remotely to Ubuntu without installing additional programs on the PC. What makes the difference is this app has many more customizations. It's not as simple to use as chrome remote on windows, but chrome remote takes too much fiddling to get working on Ubuntu. That being said, the keyboard in landscape mode doesn't work for me.

Prompt response and fixes from the developer and by far the only viewer on the market that has macros onscreen which is very useful. Excellent app.

Easy to set up and use. Works without a hiccup with the new VPN encryption included by default in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Think I'll pay for this great app. Thank you.

My new Verizon LG G3 has no menu softkey. Long tap doesn't seem to work anywhere either. Maybe you could code a menu hotkey into the special keys pop-up . Best VNC app out there regardless... EDIT: Thanks for the reply. Long- tapped the overlapping rectangles did bring up the menu options! 5- Star App!!
