Hotspotting helps you find open WiFi networks near you.
Our database is continuously growing. But if there is still no data for the place you are interested in, Hotspotting allows you to scan the area. Enable scanning and just walk, or even drive around, and all open WiFi networks will show up on the map.
Discovered data is shared among Hotspotting users,
and saved on the SD Card for offline usage.

SYDNEY user here and this app provided very details free wifi spots all over sydney even in Dee Why!! Very impressive. Much better than Free Zone Wifi.

Firstly, when you have no WiFi connection, you have no map, so the program is unusable. Secondly, the database is so sparse that it shows no towers in my area, where about 3 or 4 million people live, and where we have hundreds of free access points. Fin

I allways needed this kind of app, because i am allways on the move. App saved me at least 20 times. It's very stable and it has a simple interface. There is not much of battery drain in scanning mode, so every time when i am driving i put the scanning on

First app I have ever used to cause hard crash - was while scanning on. Otherwise looks interesting! Suggest add some positive feedback to users (number of open wifi discovered, total minutes searched etc.) to encourage users to scan and fill database.
