It's 154Mb. SVOX voices are less than one. Icons lacks the pitch and volume settings, and user corrections that SVOX has.

The Welsh English Gwyneth IVONA voice is by far the best English (yes, of all the English voices)TTS that I am aware of. Far superior to Pico or or standard Samsung. I'm so glad I found it and miss it terribly much if I lost it.
