Mobilbox Pro is Deutsche Telekom’s next generation voicemail service.
With Mobilbox Pro you no longer have to call your mailbox in order to hear your voicemails — they’re pushed straight to your device! Voicemails are clearly arranged in a dedicated inbox and can easily be listened to in any order you like. Listening to your voicemails is as easy as playing an MP3.

Furthermore, this app enables you to manage all your mailbox settings without hassle — straight from your device.

Use it once and you’ll never want to call your mailbox again!

Mobilbox Pro is free of charge in all Telekom tariffs. No charges apply in your domestic network for downloading messages.

Here’s how it works:
Install the Mobilbox Pro App on your device. If the service has not been activated for you yet, there is an option to book the service directly from the App.

- managing, deleting and saving voicemails
- manage mailbox settings like greetings and call forwarding settings easily

Notes:

* All data traffic caused by Mobilbox Pro within the home network is free of charge.
* Retrieving your voicemails while using wi-fi is possible in case this feature is supported by your smartphone. Unfortunately this feature is not available on all smartphones.
* Due to data privacy restrictions voice messages are sent via secure mobile network only, even in wi-fi scenario. Playing both modes in parallel is not supported by all Android devices. In case your device is affected you will still be notified of new messages and will be able to retrieve them via phone call. We are working on an overall solution for all devices.
