This could be a useful app, except sometimes it doesn't refresh properly, and for weeks now the billing section just doesn't work. Please fix! :)

The app used to show both the number of remaining minutes, as well as the remaining data count. Since recently, it no longer shows the remaining minute count anymore. The new Widget displaying data usage is a welcome addition. It also tends to forget the packages applicable to your subscription

Since several weeks this app is disabled by Orange: "Sorry! The Orange is currently not working." So it's completely useless! Not even worth one star.

The app would be nice, especially the widget. But more than half of the time the app is "being updated" or is "not working" as the widget states.

After a week of displaying incorrect data details, this half witted app now displays only data and sms, according to the display i have no inclusive minutes. Poorly designed waste of time - orange, and the app.....update to post - still cant see my inclusive calls, on here or website, orange you are hopeless

This app is rubbish! Last year it was working perfectly, now since about almost 4 weeks I cannot access my account anymore because its constantly showing 'we are updating the app. Please come back again some other time' I have been an Orange CH customer since 2006 and never had any problems with my provider but after this I am seriously thinking about going to another provider if this problem is n

The app stopped working a few weeks ago and won't update itself. It constantly says "we're busy upgrading the app check back soon" but it still doesn't work more than 2 weeks later. I tried reinstalling it, after which of works for a few seconds before going back to the message. Rebooting, restarting,reinstalling. Nothing works.

Can't even log in. Says my number is wrong but it isn't. Even went through the over complicated way to reset password but still doesn't work. Truly a poor product. Don't remember O2 being this bad.
