OverSkreen is a floating browser for Android, specially optimized for tablets
Not so much in smartphones because of its size, but in tablets we miss multi-tasking that windows provided in desktop devices. For example, when you're writing a post with your write app and you need to open the browser to search something, you have to turn between these windows. Why if we could use floating windows and distribute them through the screen? That would be actual multi-tasking, wouldn't it? Well, that's precisely what OverSkreen does, an idea that comes from AirCalc developers (MBFG).
Although the floating windows is its main feature, OverSkreen is a comprehensive browser. It supports Flash by default and it works smoothly. What's more, it includes some other interesting features as User-Agents to "navigate as" other devices. If you cannot live without bookmarks, here you have a good bookmark manager as well as favorites tab. One of the features we liked most is that it suggests you while typing in the address bar. Finally, it's set in simple but good-looking layout that eases navigation.
Without shadows of a doubt, this is an innovative browser which is meant to become an interesting choice, specially for tablets. The only catch is that there isn't lite version, only paid (€1.49). High recommendable.
You don't have to switch from one application to another anymore. OverSkreen Browser can live on top of your screen! You can check a video on the right side of your screen and write a message at the same time!

Alright constantly searching for license over internet sucks. Page loading is slow on WiFi or 4g. flash doesn't work on this browser for me, but works on stock browser.
Wake up developer! Every other floating browser app is compatible with all the Android versions above 4.0. Your app used to be on the cutting edge, it was #1. I don't know why it's saying here that I'm running an older version, I have the latest, 1.7.1. I upgraded phones 6 months ago and still can't use this app because you won't update it. Now look, I paid for this crap. Get out of bed and update
Unfortunately no updates for higher android version since 4.0 ice cream. No contact when emailing for question. [ Floating Browser by GPC ] free works great on 4.4 KitKat. Even Boat Browser released floating browser addon (have to pay though). Boat Browser does update but it is hard to trust developers for future support thanks to Overskreen. Overskreen showed me to be very cautious buying apps. I
Smartphones work by allowing their processors to operate one app at a time. But You've got to open a browser a lot, and when you do it on a smartphone you close the app that made you open the browser in the first place and then start all over. Overskreen solves that without cutting processor speed noticeably. And the browser itself seems to open everything chrome does. Love it!
