PdaNet turns your Android into a hotspot and allows your computer to go online through your mobile phone connection

It's as simple as it sounds: PdaNet is an app that allows you to use your Android phone connection to navigate through your PC or Mac. You just need to download the app and then connect your Android to your computer by USB or Bluetooth DUN. It doesn't require tether, plan or rooting. What's more, PdaNet includes an additional SMS Agent app that allows you to send/receive SMS from PC.

Pdanet has been developed by June Fabrics Technology Inc, an emerging developer who has just launched this app on market but which has been very well received.

If you often are in the situation of needing a PC that has no Internet access, you will love having this app installed in your phone. It does what it says works properly. Easy, fast and reliable. High recommendable.

With additional improvements, this is a complete tether solution of sharing phone Internet with computers or tablets.

PdaNet+ supports USB, Bluetooth and WiFi. USB mode works for all Android phones. FoxFi/WiFi mode only works on some phones. Please see the supported list at http://pdanet.co/devices

Free edition of PdaNet+ will require you to turn back on after some usage, otherwise it is same as full version.

Recently changed in this version

4.17 adds WiFi mode support for Verizon HTC phones that are updated to Android 4.4 (KitKat), in addition to Verizon Samsung phones supported in 4.16.

I need to know how to tell the app is working. My data usage tracker goes up when I use it. Running KitKat 4.4.2 on rooted Galaxy S4 Active i537 (ATT). Paid subscription and FoxFi.

No widget and no SMS agent in the current PC version. Also an option to enable on boot would be nice. Been waiting for a while, but no update. When these features are available again it deserves 5/5

Motorola Droid RAZR Max HD and no WiFi support now......crap. No mobile hotspot makes this useless for me. Excellent app when you get what you pay for, but why do I not get not get it now? I know there was an update, but as a customer who paid I know the Dev should be on top of this. Please update for KitKat 4.4.2!
