Get the web, without the data plan!

Smozzy Beta lets you use your T-Mobile* unlimited messaging plan to browse the web. No data plan required!

It works just like your Android phone's built-in browser, but the content is requested and delivered entirely via the text messages (SMS and MMS) included with your unlimited messaging plan.

NOTE: This app currently works with U.S. T-MOBILE SERVICE ONLY. This application may send and receive a large number of messages, so use of it without an unlimited messaging plan is NOT recommended. It is currently in beta, and has been tested only on Nexus S and HTC G2 devices.

*Update (9/18/2011): Smozzy has been updated with EXPERIMENTAL support for AT&T and Sprint customers, and COMPLETELY UNTESTED support for Verizon, Virgin, Cricket, Straight Talk, US Cellular, Viaero. Support for all of these networks is likely to be buggier than support for T-Mobile, and for many of them will likely not work at all. Send feedback to

I have a Galaxy S5 on Sprint with unlimited data but I love the concept and am a geek when it comes to stuff like this and wanted to try it. The problem isn't with the connection it's that the app just displays the raw HTML code and doesn't compile it int

Still continues to say "Request sent. Waiting for response..." even after the mms has fully loaded. Can you fix this please?
