A voice-to-text app.

Sonalight Text is a simple yet intuitive app that let us to answer SMS by voice and even reads aloud incoming messages, no tapping the screen needed. Really useful, for example, when driving, cooking or walking your Great Dane.

In addition, it has an other strong feature: it works in the background, so the battery usage is minimal and allows other apps such as the music player to work until you pronounce the wakeup word.

Voice, Sonalight's developer, is a highly specialized developer focused on similar apps. Sonalight may be their most successful hit.

Developer's original description available here
Text by Voice allows you to safely text while you drive entirely through voice. There's no need to touch or look at the screen at all. Text by Voice will automatically read incoming text messages aloud and give you a chance to respond. You can also set an auto responder for incoming text messages, and have Text by Voice start automatically when you start driving, and make calls hands-free. Text by Voice lets you compose texts on the fly. It runs in the background so you can use other apps at the same time. Drive more safely with Text by Voice.

Well, you can send via Google Voice, but it won't display or read texts to a Google voice number. Otherwise seems to work well. Without Google Voice support it is worthless to me. Website says working on it, but who knows if it will ever happen.
