Telkomsel Care is a self service application to help Telkomsel’s customer manage their account information and profile, modify the subscription data, add/remove features and give comments/ feedback.
How to use:
It’s just so simple. Log on to “customer service” menu with customer’s cell phone number and PIN. If customer hasn’t got PIN yet, just send text to 111 (kartuHALO) or 116 (SimPATI and AS), with format:
PIN(space)Date of Birth(DD/MM/YYYY)
Or retrieve your PIN through https://my.telkomsel.com
This app enables Telkomsel’s customer to get latest information about his billing, Telkomsel POIN, customer profile (PUK number), active features, etc. Customer can also manage kartuHALO package, activate various features or VAS (from basic feature to broadband activation), request to unblock his account due to finance reason, change electronic billing address, etc. Questions/ comments/feedback about Telkomsel products/services can be submit through feedback menu.

Yg dibutuhn app spt ini ya fiturnya spt app bimatri. Appnya msh klah jauh untuk tingkat prushaan sebesar telkomsel.

Berfungsi dengan baik walaupun harus download diulang sampai 2 kali & dibantu dengan WIFI, cuma untuk login kog ditolak sama 116 ya ??

Ane make d ace 2 standart/no oprek msh sering force close, kadang mental lg ke homescreen, dah gitu gk bsa exit, gk ada option exit, pke tmbol back jg gk bsa :tepok_jidat: ane ngrti bikin aplikasi gk gampng, tpi tuk op skls telkomsel yg penghargaannya pln
