Telkomsel Care is a self service application to help Telkomsel’s customer manage their account information and profile, modify the subscription data, add/remove features and give comments/ feedback.
How to use:
It’s just so simple. Log on to “customer service” menu with customer’s cell phone number and PIN. If customer hasn’t got PIN yet, just send text to 111 (kartuHALO) or 116 (SimPATI and AS), with format:
PIN(space)Date of Birth(DD/MM/YYYY)
Or retrieve your PIN through https://my.telkomsel.com
This app enables Telkomsel’s customer to get latest information about his billing, Telkomsel POIN, customer profile (PUK number), active features, etc. Customer can also manage kartuHALO package, activate various features or VAS (from basic feature to broadband activation), request to unblock his account due to finance reason, change electronic billing address, etc. Questions/ comments/feedback about Telkomsel products/services can be submit through feedback menu.
