The app keeps saying I'm banned from the app. I've never used it before and it won't let me create an account. the contact information it gives me to fix it is no help. So I have an app that just doesn't work.

I like qik it's really helpful when you don't have a pc nearby. And it only works with WiFi, my 4g doesn't work where I live. So to everyone out there remember ya can chat using WiFi! So no need to uninstall it.
