ConfMeIn is an application that allows business users to send call back requests to an Avaya private branch exchange (PBX) used within an enterprise.
Application features:
★ Possibility to enter the callback number manually or to fetch it from the contacts’ database.
★ Application will validate the phone number format (international format) before sending the request to the server.
★ Possibility to request new Web server IP address and the SMS gateway number using an application settings screen.
★ Possibility to send request via web services or SMS.
★ Possibility to receive notification from the server, alerting the user with the request’s status.
