Its an OK reference for reviewing or learning some valuable scales. However, the scales are charted out across five frets unnecessarily. The standard way to play them across a four-fret range is not presented. Also when you press the "check" button, it always tells you that you played it wrong, no matter what. If these issues were fixed I'd consider buying the pro version.

So the title screen loads great, but once you go to any play screen e.g bass lines there is no fretboard so of no use, all I get isa black screen with the yellow ovals with string numbers on popping up.

I can hear it but how about if one could actually see the bass guitar fretboard, so I deleted it. Like the idea behind the app but no use if not useable.
