Explore the ingredients and vessels used in the commercial brewing process with the Cicerone Beer Brewing App. The virtual brewery tour gives you a crash course in the basics.
From the brewery floor, dive into a touch sensitive model of each vessel, revealing the brewing action. With each ordered grid of icons, you’ll follow the brew from its origin as malted grain all the way to the finished product.
Features in "learn" mode include exploratory grids and informational flash cards with basic beer facts on one side, and trivia on the other.
In "practice" mode, choose from three activities to place vessels in proper order, add ingredients to vessels, and brew beer from start to finish.

It's a nice little app to quiz yourself on the brewing process and beer. The only issue as stated below is that the 'Big Picture' doesn't load on my EVO 4G.

Some good information, but "The Big Picture" doesn't do anything, just a blank screen. Also, there's no way to actually quit the program without a task killer.
