Japanese Alphabet Tutorial

Japanese Alphabet Tutorial App is designed to help you learn with the 46 Japanese Hiragana characters (simple, rounded Japanese symbols, developed in Japan) and 46 Katakana characters (simple, angular Japanese symbols derived from Kanji in Japan) both with Romaji counterpart or Roman characters (the English Alphabet). Kanji is a complex symbols originally from Chinese.

In addition to basic Hiragana and Katakana characters, there are also Dakuten and Handakuten characters that are included - using visual, audio and hands-on practice, user acquire the most efficient and effective way of learning and remembering the Japanese characters.

The Application is divided into 3 main parts. These are the Japanese Alphabet Table, The Activity Table and the Quiz Game.

The Japanese Alphabet Table is consist of Hiragana and Katakana characters. By Clicking the character you will see the full detail of each character, the Activity Table.

In the Activity Table, you will see the Hiragana and Katakana characters with Romaji counterpart. The table consist of different color buttons and Activity Pad in which the user will write and paint the character. This is where the user will do repetitive practice in order to get familiarize with the character. For thinking skills, especially higher-order skills, are always acquired through practice. In other words, working with your hands more than audio and visual learning.

Next is the Quiz Game, in order to assess the level of learning of the user.This means user are not only actively engaged with their hands but also with their minds as well...lps_AfGg.
