JQuery Mobile 1.2.0

We've quickly wrapped the jQuery Mobile 1.2.0 documentation in Phonegap 2.1.0. This is just an "out of the box" package.

We've not added any performance hacks and tricks on it so you can see and test how it will perform in your device.
